Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Profusion Cosmetics purchase, which is why we offer returns on most products within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and include all components to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it securely to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original box or a sturdy mailer and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned beauty products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
